Conference Registration
Conference Registration will remain open during the conference. However:
- All presenters must register before 5:00 PM MST Sunday, October 24.
- General attendees must register before 5:00 PM MST the day before they plan to attend.
Conference Registration IS CLOSED! We offer reduced fees for USPA Members. Please review the Registration Fee Table below for more information.
If you need financial assistance to attend this conference, please see if you qualify for our Students Advancing Permafrost Research (SAPR) fellowship. If you do not qualify for this fellowship and would like to request financial assistance, please contact our treasurer.

Early bird conference registration will be open between August 9 and September 30. Fees will be:

If you would like to request media access to the conference, please e-mail us to receive a discount code to use during registration.
Registration
The link below will take you to an online form to register and/or purchase a virtual exhibitor booth for this event. Please note:
- You can fill out the form as an existing USPA Member, sign up as a new USPA member, or complete the form as a Guest.
- If you decide to fill out the form as a guest, a USPA Prospect (non-member) account will be created for you which you can login to later to view your registration information and invoice.
- If you are a USPA Member, you already have an account. You should have received an email with information on how to login and setup your password.
- At the end of the form, you can select to pay your registration online or request an invoice to pay by check.
- You can view your invoice or payment in the Member only area after completing the registration form.
