All sponsors will be acknowledged on our conference website and during the conference events.  During the virtual conference, we will vary sponsor exposure by sponsorship level. Our platform facilitates displaying logos in the virtual lobby, before sessions, during breakout sessions, and social events.

We are very excited to share that we will provide one complimentary virtual booth for each sponsor! Extra booth space can also be purchased separately during conference registration. Booths are a great and easy marketing tool for your organization. Prices are:

• Bronze - $500
• Silver - $1,000 (1 individual registration)
• Gold - $5,000 (1 individual registration)
• Platinum - $10,000 (2 individual registrations)
• Diamond - $25,000 (2 individual registrations and additional virtual booth)

Virtual Booth

Virtual exhibit booths include great marketing tools and easy-to-manage features. To maximize your visibility, you can include poster board presentations or video presentations; select from different booth styles; prominently display your logo; and interact with participants via your website, email, zoom, or live chat!
